Harindra Chaudhary
(Ashtanga Yoga)
Yog Acharya Harindra is a seasoned yoga instructor with over ten years of experience. He is skilled in both Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. He trained in Rishikesh, where he learned traditional yoga practices well. Harindra helps students build physical strength, mental clarity, and balance. As a certified RYT 500 instructor, he teaches everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. His classes are safe and motivating. His teaching style is a mix of discipline and nurturing. This creates a welcoming space for growth. When not teaching, Harindra loves spending time in nature and he also dives into yogic texts and spiritual ideas.

Swami Sanjiv Ji
(Philosophy)
Swami Sanjiv Kashyap ji has visited over 20 countries to promote yoga, meditation and healing. He originates from the princely state of Rajasthan. Throughout his life, he has taught yoga philosophy, pranayama, and meditation at several prestigious yoga teacher training schools in India, and also assisted his students in establishing their yoga schools in countries like Slovakia, Spain, Portugal. He is a prudent thinker, a renowned poet, an erudite scholar, most notably, a philanthropist who has devoted his entire life to assisting others through yoga, healing and spiritual teachings. More than 15 books have been authored by him on the spiritual topics especially Yoga Samagra Vigyan, which is a commentary on Patanjali Yoga Sutras, both he practices and instructs. Apart from this Swami Sanjiv Kashyap ji also teaches philosophy, focusing on subject such as the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, and Vedanta, which are all part of Buddhist and Hindu philosophy. From him students learn different forms of kundalini, Chakra, and other ancient forms of meditation in his class.

Yogacharya Shekhar
(Hatha Yoga)
Shekhar Raturi Ji likes to do yoga every day. He enjoys doing it at home in the old way. He first found yoga in high school when he came across a yoga book by chance. While reading it, he learned that yoga can give powers, like being invisible or flying to other places, even to other planets. This changed his life, and he chose to study yoga deeply. Over time, his wish to learn grew stronger, so he went to well-known yoga schools and met teachers in Rishikesh. To learn more, Shekhar took a yoga course at Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh. This residential course changed his mind set and approach towards yoga. . He has been practicing Traditional Hatha Yoga for many years now, studying with several teachers at different ashrams in Rishikesh, Thailand, Bali & Mysore, India.

Yogacharya Keshavananda
(Anatomy)
Yogacharya Keshavananda, was born in the holy town of Rishikesh where the journey into the realm of yoga began when he was a mere 10-year-old, a curious and determined child who set his foot on a quest to learn the ancient art and science of yoga with a thirst for knowledge that he fervently pursued over the years.
Keshavananda is currently pursuing his bachelors and has been teaching since 2019, imparting his knowledge with finesse and perspicacious insight guiding his students through the intricacies of asanas, pranayama, mantras, and anatomy. His deep-rooted interest in the philosophy and scriptures of yoga further adds to his multifaceted personality, rendering him a veritable asset to the yoga community. Despite his mastery of the craft, he humbly shies away from the titles of "teacher" or "guru".

Yogi Ankit
(Meditation & Pranayama)
Ankit is a profound meditation teacher, resident of Rishikesh, whose life has been deeply moulded by the ancient spiritual traditions of the Himalayas. Growing up near the foothills of the Himalayas, he had an innate inclination toward silence, simplicity, and the wisdom of ancient pathways. This inner calling eventually led him to spend most of his life in ashrams, living close to nature and learning from sages who shaped not just his practice but the way he looks at the world. Students say being around him makes them slow down, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect with themselves. Today at Abhyantara yoga school in Rishikesh, Ankit continues to share the wisdom he has absorbed over years of learning, listening, and living close to the heart of yoga.
