Some teachers found yoga early in life, some found while growing up. Harindra Ji found yoga when he needed yoga the most. He was working with corporate sectors in senior position with well-known finance sectors such as Bank of America, American Express, and Genpact. He was successful, ambitious and growing well in his career. But back-to-back meetings endless monthly targets which start draining him completely, he felt disconnected. Thought keep on coming is this kind of life I really want, so he took a bold decision, left everything and travelled to Rishikesh to study and practice yoga in the land of yogis and sages. He keeps on learning from one teacher to another. Each guru gave him new lens some teaches him hatha, ashtanga and yogic philosophy. Some teacher opens the doors of meditation, pranayama as well alignment in asana. Today Harindra Ji shares the knowledge of his gurus in the yoga shala. As a certified Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 instructor and continuously teaching for more than 12 years in Rishikesh. His class is based on multiple tradition which he absorbs from different master’s. He’s well aware like what it feels when you trapped in life when everything seems right if someone look from outside but in reality, its opposite you feel empty from inside. Swami Sanjiv Ji
(Philosophy)
Swami Sanjiv Kashyap Ji has travelled almost the whole Europe to promote yoga, meditation, and pranayama. Throughout his life he has taught in several yoga teacher training schools in India, and also help students to set up their schools in countries such as Slovakia, Spain and Portugal. He has devoted his life for yogic, spiritual teaching, healing, apart from this he is renowned poet. He has also published almost 15 books especially Yoga Samagra Vigyan, a commentary on Patanjali Yoga Sutras. He does teach philosophy focusing on the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads and the Vedanta. Students learn kundalini, chakra as well as other meditation techniques in his class.

Yogacharya Shekhar
(Hatha Yoga)
Shekhar Ji found yogic inspiration when he came across a yoga book in school library library. This book knowledge inspires him so much that the decided to learn yogic education. As time passes, he was growing up and he went different yoga school and met teachers in Rishikesh to learn different form such as hatha and ashtanga. He also associates with Sivanand Ashram in Rishikesh which transform his approach completely towards yoga. He has been teaching traditional hatha yoga for many years now, and still, he is studying under several masters.

Yogacharya Keshavananda
(Anatomy)
Keshavananda Ji was born and brought up in the holy town of Rishikesh, where his journey started into yoga at early age of ten — he completed his yogic education under many yogis, sages, master’s, and has been teaching since 2019 and has done master’s in Yoga from one of the reputed University of India. He has deep rooted interest in yogic anatomy as well philosophy, and scriptures of yoga. Despite having knowledge in different subject, he still doesn’t want people call him guru or teacher.

Yogi Ankit
(Meditation & Pranayama)
Ankit Ji is was born and brought up in Rishikesh. So, he was inspired with yogic traditions from his early age, observing his family whose bit spiritual and visiting ashrams and sages — so he was always curious towards the yoga and Vedic education. This inner call led him left home at early age, and start staying in ashram where monks shaped his practice. Mostly students feel spending time with Ankit makes them slow down, breath a little deeper, and helps to reconnect with themselves. Today at Abhyantara, he continues to share his knowledge which he gains overs of years learning and practice.
