Self-enquiry is the most sacred of sacred. In this enquiry we will work on different types of meditation. Admittedly, self-enquiry is only for the spiritually adventurous, those who are obsessed with finding the answers to life's deepest questions. Self is simple but powerful method of meditation, Which allows one to experience hidden treasures within.
Through this meditation seekers can learn different kind of technique to connect from Atman to pramatman (individual self to supreme self) and experience the true self, pure soul being.
